Dear AAA Members and friends,  


By courtesy of the Ambassadors of Kosovo and Albania, and the Anglo-Albanian Association, you are invited to a celebration of the life of Edith Durham (1863-1944), who worked tirelessly for the independence of Albania and the wellbeing of the Albanian people.  


There will be readings by Joanna Lumley of excerpts from Edith Durham's masterpiece of social anthropology, "High Albania", and talks by speakers including the historian, Sir Noel Malcolm.


Venue:  Embassy of Kosovo, 8 John Street, London WC1N 2EB


Time:  Friday 14 March 2025, from 6pm to 8.30pm
